C.M.P.Nos.862 and 865 of 2021 in C.R.P.Sr.Nos.777 and 778 of 2021 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, These civil miscellaneous petitions are filed to accept the cause title in the above civil revision petitions filed against the fair and final order passed in I.A.Nos.689 and 690 of 2017 in O.S.No.590 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional Sub-Court, Coimbatore, dated 11.11.2020 and to set aside the same.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed and the cause title in the above revision petitions are accepted.

3. The Registry is directed to number the civil revision petitions, if it is otherwise in order.
