PRAYER in S.A.No.899 of 1995: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, against the Judgment and Decree made in A.S.No.15 of 1991, dated 28.04.1995 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Gobichettipalayam, reversing the judgment and decree in O.S.No.505 of 1977, dated 14.09.1990, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Gobichettipalayam.
