Learned Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that the Petitioner is occupying poramboke land and he has to obtain 'No Objection Certificate' from the concerned Tahsildar in terms of Section 27

(2) of the TNERC Electricity Distribution Code for grant of electricity connection to that property. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petitioner to make necessary application before the concerned authority and work out his remedy in that regard. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
