This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR No.144 of 2014 dated 24.04.2014 on the file of the respondent insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.144 of 2014, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakonam and the same was also taken on file as PRC No.5 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal original petition is closed.
