ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 05.12.2020 for transfer of patta in his name in respect of the properties comprised in Old Survey No.260/3 correlated with New Survey No.460/3A to a total extent of 6 1⁄2 cents (2834 sq.ft) as per the Sale Deed.

3.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents and made a statement on instructions, that an enquiry is scheduled to take place at 03.00 p.m., on 10.02.2021 at the office of the second respondent.

4. The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

5.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
