COMPOUND, TEYNAPET, CHENNAI-8 3 K.GANESAN 4 K.MANOKARAN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 964 days in representing the above suit in WA SR No. 31544/2012 in ( CMP No.5015 of 2017 IN WA.SR31544/2012).

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P. TAMILAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the credit of the T.N.Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

On production of proof of payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same in regular course.
