Learned Counsel for the appellants sought for permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal. He has also filed a Memo of Withdrawal dated 07.01.2021 in this regard.

Recording the same, permission is granted to withdraw the present appeal. Accordingly, the A.S.No.371/2011 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
