1. The learned counsel for the parties inform us that the issue, raised in the captioned appeal, is similar to the issue arising in Writ Appeal No.1000 of 2017.
2. In view of the order passed, today, in W.A.No.1000 of 2017, this appeal will also suffer the same fate.
3. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. Consequently, connected pending application will stand closed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
