The present application has been filed to set aside the ex-parte order dated 17.12.2024 passed against the applicant/ 2nd defendant.

2. Mr.N.Alamelu Mangai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that she has no objection in allowing the present application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6 has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for.

Registry is directed to number the application to condone the delay in filing the written statement, if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 18.03.2025.
