ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition "the petitioners shall stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29061 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No. 29061 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m until further orders.
