ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant extension of time for payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, to comply with the directions issued by this Court dated 06.12.2024.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to pay the costs as ordered by this Court immediately.

3. If the costs is not paid immediately, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without further reference to this Court.
