PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to modify the order dated 13.05.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1317 of 2015 in C.A.No.43 of 2015 on the file of the learned Vacation Judge (Criminal Side) at Tiruvallur to the effect that the deposit of Rs.2,25,000/- may be waived and also to the effect that the petitioner is willing to execute one surety for a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate along with another ordinary surety. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by the Court below while allowing the suspension of sentence petition filed by the petitioner.

2. The order is of the year 2015 and at this length of time, there is no question of modifying the order and the entire issue has become infructuous.
