ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner seeks a writ of Habeas Corpus towards production of his daughter R.Vishnupriya, aged 20 years.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 3 and learned counsel for fourth respondent.

3. Respondents 1 to 3 have secured the detenue and caused her presence. Fourth respondent has appeared before third respondent and submitted that he and R.Vishnupriya are married. On questioning, the detenue R.Vishnupriya confirms such position and her intent to go with her husband.

4. In the circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
