CRIME NO.134 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the modified condition ordered in Crl.M.P.No. 8845 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 10132 of 2021 dated 08.09.2021 which directs the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m and thereafter appear before the trial court on each and every hearing until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.SOUNDAR RAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10132 of 2021 on 08.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on 1st of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
