This petition is filed to condone the delay of 223 days in representing the revision. It is seen that by an order dated 06.09.2018, the condonation of delay was allowed on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only) to the concerned Taluk Legal Service Authorities. The same remains uncomplied till date. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that they were not aware of the order and were not present in Court when the matter was ordered and submit that since the revision is against conviction, one more opportunity may be given to the petitioner.

2.It is seen that almost four years have passed since the order has been passed. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of this case, so as to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the delay of 223 days in representing is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the Madras Advocates Clerk Association, Basement, New Additional Law Chambers, High Court, Chennai, on or before 05.08.2022. It is made clear that no further extension of time whatsoever will be granted by this Court. 3.Call on 05.08.2022.
