JUDGMENT

The above appeal was filed as A.S.No.174 of 1988 on the file of the District Judge of South Arcot at Cuddalore, was transferred to the District Court of Villupuram as A.S.No.2 of 1993.

Pursuant to the Order in Tr.C.M.P.No.15019 of 1988 dated 06.02.1996, the appeal was transferred to this Court and numbered as Tr.A.S.481 of 1996. This appeal was transfered to be heard along with A.S.No.424 of 1988. 3.

None appears for the appellants and the respondents. It is seen from the records that the appeal in A.S.No.424 of 1988 was dismissed for non prosecution as early as on 27.11.2000.
