ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2021 for rectification of erroneous entries and to mutate the same in the names of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

legal heirs of late Venkattagiriappa for the properties measuring to an extent of 5.56 acres comprised in Survey No.179 situated at Thorapalli Agraharam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Mr.T.Vedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.02.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
