Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Ramesh Ramachandiran, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions submits that this Court may permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh application.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application before the manner known to law.
