This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25528 of 2022 on 19.10.2022, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily daily at 10.30 a.m, and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until filing of the final report.
