CMP.Nos.557 & 662 of 2021 in CRP No.1634 of 2017 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The respondent in the revision petition had unfortunately died. Applications had been filed seeking to condone the delay in filing the application to set aside the abatement, to bring on record the legal representatives and to set aside abatement. Both the said applications had been allowed in CMP.Nos.547 & 659 of 2021. In view of that particular fact, the legal representatives for whom notice had already been served and names and addresses are also printed in the cause list, shall be brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased respondent, as Respondents 2, 3 and 4.
