The Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the applications to recoup the amount of Rs.9.60 crores taken from the common pool fund and utilized for purchase of premises at first floor, Corporate Bhavan, Chennai and not to withdraw / utilize the common pool funds for any other expenses other than the benefit of the company paid staffs. By granting such permission, both the above applications are dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.
