The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and Section 354A(2) IPC in Crime No.202 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail before this Court. This earlier petition filed in Crl.O.P.No.30001 of 2022 was dismissed by this Court on 05.12.2022. Finding no change in circumstances. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
