He apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 498(A), 406 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. r/w under Sec. 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in Crime No.15 of 2020 on the file of respondent police and now, he has filed this petition for anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner/A1 was arrested and released on bail. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.
