ASHA CMP No.1285 of 2019 in AS.18 of 2019 MUTHAMMAL [ PETITIONER ] Vs M.PALANISAMY [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent herein or his agent from in any way alienating r encumbering the suit properties being the subject matter in Os No.113/2012 on the file of the II Addl Dist cum Sessions court Tiruppur and more fully described in the schedule annexed to the petition herewith (CMP.1285/2019) pending disposal of the above AS.
18/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GOVIGANESAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the appellant has prayed before this Court to withdraw the petition and made an endorsement to that effect, this Court has granted permission to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
2. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stand dismissed as withdrawn.
