[Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] This Petition has been filed to grant exemption of Court Fee for a sum of Rs.34,000/- out of the total Court fee of Rs.34,372.50 which has to be paid by the Petitioner for the enhanced compensation of Rs.35,00,000/-.

The above Petition seeking exemption of Court Fee for a sum of Rs.34,000/- is ordered, subject to the condition that, in the event of any enhancement in the compensation amount, the Petitioner will have to pay the requisite court-fee.
