The matter is placed before this Court on the basis of the letter received from the Court below, seeking extension of time to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.11 of 2020 on the file of the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Coonoor. 2.The learned Magistrate sought for six months time to dispose of the proceedings in C.C.No.11 of 2020. The said request was made on 27.03.2023.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the letter for seeking extension of time, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time by four months since three months have already elapsed from the date of the request made.

4. Accordingly, time is extended and the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Coonoor is directed to dispose of the proceedings in C.C.No.11 of 2020, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
