Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents herein to providing the basic facilities like roads, drinking water, sewerage system, primary health centre, livestock care centre, schools and burial ground of Nagappagoundanur Village which mandates the welfare of the publics in accordance with Article 243G, Eleventh Schedule of Constitution of India.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.A.Pramila, learned counsel appearing for Mr.P.Nethaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 6.
2. The present petition is filed with a blanket prayer to provide facilities like roads, drinking water, sewerage system, primary health centre, livestock care, schools and burial ground for Nagappagoundanur Village.
3. Though claims are made, we do not get the details as to how the drinking water facility has not been provided or from where the villagers are getting the drinking water and other facilities. In absence of the above, no specific orders can be passed. The petitioner has approached the authorities concerned. The authority may consider the grievance of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy.
4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
