This application is filed to condone the delay of 514 days in representing the written statement filed by the 1st defendant in the above suit.

Though the reasons stated in the affidavit to condone the delay are not adequate, considering the fact that it pertains to the representation of written statement filed by the 1st defendant, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to the Adayar Cancer Institute, Chennai on or before 22.01.2024.

Post the matter for reporting compliance on 23.01.2024.
