C.M.P.No.445 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.756 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 193 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they have no objection in allowing this petition subject to the waiver of interest for the delayed period.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 193 days in filing the appeals is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel for the 4th respondent, while listing the appeal.
