The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 & 6 to adhere to the "Framework for Revival and Rehabilitation of MSMEs" issued by the Ministry of MSME, vide notification dated 29.05.2015, and the Micro, Small and Medium Industries Policy 2008" issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu vide G.O.Ms.No.14 of 2008 dated 07.05.2008.
2. It is submitted that the issues raised in the present writ petition are identical to those raised in W.P. No. 197 of 2025, which was heard and disposed of by this Court by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2024, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing and to pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law. Since both the writ petitions arise out of the same cause of action and are part of the same transaction, and as the relief sought in this writ petition has been comprehensively addressed in the order passed in W.P.No.197 of 2025, Page No.3 of 6
no separate orders are required in the present writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed in terms of the orders passed in W.P.No.197 of 2025. No costs.
