[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 to 3 and the Learned Counsel for the Respondents 4 to 7.

2.It is represented by the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Detenu - Dinesh Kumar was remanded to the judicial custody on 30.05.2018 in Crime No.302 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District under Sections 366, 368, 363 read with 9 and 10 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act and Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 3.At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not pressing the present Habeas Corpus Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect in the Petition.

4.Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
