O R D E R

This petition has been filed to give police protection to the petitioner and other members residing at Bajanai Koil Street, Kalathur Colony, Kalathur Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint in the year 2015 for seeking police protection to him and his family members. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
