The petitioner has filed this petition directing the respondents to forthwith consider and pass orders on the representation dated 05.09.2019.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate enters appearance for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.09.2019, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. procedures, and also to underscore that the assignment of Government property should not be exhausted to such an extent that the next generation is denied of any land for seeking assignment.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
