Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to alter the FIR by including Section 3(x) of SC & ST Act in Crime No.558 of 2012 pending on the file of the second respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report dated 22.10.2012 is referred as "Mistake of Fact". 3.On completion of the investigation, the respondent has closed the case as "Mistake of Fact" and the copy of the final report dated 22.10.2012 has been produced. produced before this Court. The final report is to be filed before the concerned Court.
4.In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to raise his objections before the concerned Court and seek his remedy, if, he so desires as per law.
