This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records along with the impugned order in C.M.P.No.3370 of 2016 dated 06.06.2016 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II at Coimbatore in D.No.770 of 2016 pending on the file of the Ist respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this case has been settled out of the Court between the parties. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any.
