Writ Petition has been filed Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in impugned appointment order issued in Na.Ka.No.0296/A5/2012 dated 23.01.2012 by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same is illegal and consequently direct the respondents to give promotion as a B.T.Assistant to petitioner in Arcot Municipality Middle School.
