O R D E R
Today, the petitioner is present before this Court. In compliance with the order passed on 06.02.2025 an affidavit of undertaking dated 07.02.2025 has been filed by the petitioner into the Court wherein he has stated as follows:- 1/4
" I humbly submit that after hearing our submission this Hon'ble Court has granted three months' time to vacate the premises on 06.05.2025. Further I submit that I am filing this undertaking affidavit that within three months I will vacate the premise without any default in monthly rent."
2. Therefore, the affidavit of undertaking dated 07.02.2025 is taken on file and the time is granted till 06.05.2025 to the petitioner to vacate the premises in question. The order is being passed in the presence of the respondent caveator who has been served with the copies of the affidavit.
3. Accordingly, the above Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the affidavit of undertaking dated 07.02.2025. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 07.02.2025 (shr) Index : Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No 2/4
