ORDER

The petitioners have filed this petition to modify the condition imposed in Para No.4(a) of the order in Crl.MP.No.22375 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2521/2025 ordered dated on 26.11.2025.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified. The petitioners 2 and 3 are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) jointly, to the credit of STC.No.4969/2021 on the file of XV MM, Egmore, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
