Dilliammal .. Respondent /Claimant This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mr.J.Balagopal, Special Government Pleader (AS), Counsel for the appellants and Mr.K.P.Gnanasekaran, Counsel for the respondent. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT This is an appeal filed by the Special Tahzildhar (LA) MEPZ, Saidapet against the enhanced compensation awarded by the Lower Court at Rs.110/- to Rs.4,875/- per cent.

2. The Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant, Counsel for the respondents along with respondent are present before the Lok Adalat today. The matter was taken up for conciliation and settled before the Lok Adalat today. The following Joint Endorsement has been made by both sides as follows:- " The appeal is filed by the Special Tahsildar (LA) MEPZ, Saidapet against the enhanced compensation awarded by the Lower Court for Rs.110/- to Rs.4,875/- per cent. The sole respondent Mr.Dilliammal filed in E.P.No.95 of 2013 before the Sub Court,

Tambaram. The respondent and her counsel stated that the compensation in LAOP.No.506 of 1987 in E.P.No.95 of 2013 received the entire compensation and submitted that there is no claim pending against the LAOP. No.506 of 1987. In view of the payment received by the respondent / claimant / landowner received the entire compensation the appeal filed by the Special Tahsildar MEPZ, Saidapet may be closed. "

3. The joint endorsement made by both sides discloses that the petitioner / land owner has received the entire compensation amount from the Special Tahsildar by filing an Execution Petition in E.P.No.95 of 2013 before the Sub Court, Tambaram and the same is recorded.

4. In view of the Joint endorsement made by both sides and in view of the receipt of the entire compensation amount by land owner this appeal is closed, as no further action is needed. Award is passed accordingly. No order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

5. The full Court fee shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994 and there shall be no demand for additional Court fee.
