ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issues between the petitioners and the respondent were resolved and the case in C.M.P.No.29 of 2014 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharapuram, Tiruppur was withdrawn on 28.08.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent has not disputed the above fact submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
