The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that a mistake has crept into the paragraph No.1 of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 05.01.2024. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.1 of the order dated 05.01.2024 is to be read as follows:

"The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.11.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 5(j)(ii), 5(i), 5(n) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 9 & 10 of Child Marriage Act in Crime No.556 of 2023, seeks bail."

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 05.01.2024 and re-issue a fresh order copy. 10.01.2024 ata Note : Issue order copy on 10.01.2024.
