ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the name of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint against the petitioner, C.S.R.No.729 of 2019 was issued and subsequently after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 12.11.2019 and hence, the question of harassment does not arise.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
