The petitioner was granted ad interim injunction restraining the respondents/defendants from interfering with her peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property by an order in I.A.No.4522 of 2014 in O.S.No.1596 of 2014 on the file of I Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. The petitioner has made a representation to the respondent-police on 15.04.2017 seeking police protection.

4. In this circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondents to act on the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2017 by providing police protection.
