ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he has purchased the property, the patta has not been mutated in his name.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Selvendran, the learned 1/3

Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the first and second respondents would submit that the second respondent would process the representation of the petitioner dated 13.11.2024 in the manner known to law and pass an order.

3. In view thereof, the second respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.11.2024 for grant of patta and pass orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website-uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
