Prayer:- This Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records relating to petitioner's husband detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order dated 24.03.2015 on the file of the second respondent herein made in proceedings BCDFGISSSV No.18/2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the said petitioner's husband namely Arunkumar S/o.Thirunavukkarasu, aged 24 years, before this Court and set the petitioner's husband at liberty from detention, now petitioner's husband detained at Central Prison, Vellore.

[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.] The petitioner, who is the husband of the detenu, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 24.03.2015 against her husband, branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 [Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982].
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner dated 24.03.2015 in BCDFGISSSV No.18/2015 on the file of the second respondent is revoked on the opinion expressed by the Advisory Board by the Government of India in G.O.Rt.No.3080, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 08.05.2015 and produced a copy of the said order.
3. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
