O R D E R

The writ petitioner had filed a writ petition seeking a Mandamus to consider the representation dated 19.03.2012, to order a Surveyor to measure the petitioner's land in Survey No.225/5 and 225/3 at Punnam Village, Bavani Taluk, Erode District.

2. The petitioner claims that he is owning lands in Punnam Village in Survey No.225/5 to an extent of 1 Acre 55 cents and in Survey No.225/3 to an extent of 1 Acre 12 1⁄2 cents. He claims that he has clear title over the said lands.

3. However, he has not filed any documents to show title over the said lands. He has not yet even produced any Revenue records to show possession of the said lands. He claims that he is doing cultivation. He has not produced Adangal or Chitta receipts, to show cultivation. He has also not produced kist https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipts to show payment of tax for the land. He has also not produced patta to show possession of the lands. He has not produced any title deeds.

4. All that the petitioner has produced is a challan for payment of Surveyor fees, Survey can be done for the lands which are owned by the petitioner. The petitioner has not established either title or possession of the lands. The representation of the petitioner cannot be considered by the authorities. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed.
