ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16169 of 2024 order dated 20.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21112 of 2024 order dated 11.09.2024 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 2.

CRL MP NO. 1490 of 2025 petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16169 of 2024 order dated 20.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21112 of 2024 order dated 11.09.2024 is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
