ORDER
Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register F.I.R., on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.12.2013 and investigate the case, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3.A reading of the complaint would go to show that the petitioner has been impleaded pursuant to the order passed by the Civil Court. Under such circumstances, the respondent police cannot be directed to investigate the matter.

4.In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
