This petition is filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Though notice served on the 2nd respondent and her name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation either in person or through counsel.

3.Mr.S.P.Yuvaraj, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 63 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
