C.M.P.Nos.1023, 1025 & 1022 of 2020 in C.M.A.No.2330 of 2015 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.,J These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 290 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement; to set aside the abatement caused on the account of the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and as the appellants 2 to 4 in the first appeal. 2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit. The petition in C.M.P.No.1023 of 2020 to condone the delay of 290 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement is ordered and the delay is condoned. The abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant is set aside and C.M.P.No.1025 of 2020 is allowed. Proposed petitioners 2 to 4 are ordered to be brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant in the Appeal and the petition in C.M.P.No.1022 of 2020 is allowed.
